I do feel like an
antique!
Thats a lot of anniversaries to be able to
claim in todays modern world!
Old
fashioned advice,
from an old fashioned book......... The bible.
It never goes out of style, or changes. The advice is as
good today,
as it was 100 years ago, and will still be the same 100 years
from now.
This

The
only decision greater then whom to marry is accepting Christ as
saviour!
Just a few quick points, before we get down to the real stuff!
Don't sweat the small stuff- its not that
important.
Live the Golden rule DAILY- HOURLY- by the MINUTE- by the SECOND!!
Marriage is symbolic of the relationship of Christ and his bride, or
the
Church.
We promise to cherish our mate, as Christ
cherishes his church...
To do otherwise is a sin before God.
BEFORE MARRIAGE: You'll need these!

| 3. Wait until mature enough to
assume responsibilities
of Marriage

| 4. Have several discussion
sessions
to learn partners
aspirations, desires, habits.

| 5. Understand what your future
mate
expects of
you.

| 6. Council from Gods word,
mixed
with prayer is
essential.

God ordained Marriage....Not
free SEX !
`Marriage vows include the commitment
forsaking
all others to love,
honor, and obey and is for better or
worse, in sickness or in health,
in want or plenty,and even unto death.
Marriage is not just loving your
mate-but actually "liking "them. Its practicing
over and over again and finally getting it right.Its walking" hand in
hand throughout the ages, together let us
roam,"as a line from a
song I wrote says.
And now, it's time
to see
what the bible says...
The word of God does not change... God's
message concerning marriage is still as valid as
it was 2000 years ago. People may change, but the
message from God does NOT!
The 'Book' below was bits and pieces God gave me over
a period of several years. I
saved them on my computer, and
one day my husband read them
and said write them in a
book. That is why God gave it
all to you. I did print it out
in a little book,
and many, many pastors used this for
counselling, others held
classes on marriage using it
as a guideline. At least one I know of
asked permission
to take it to the
Phillipine's and use in a bible study.
God truly is the author of this book,
and where he has seen fit
to either use, or send the information is his decision.

that if your marriage fails.. it was not ordained by God to start with,
and you are then free to marry again.... Some claim that if God ordains
your marriage it will work...Not so!!! Don't be fooled by those who
twist
the scripture. YOU have to make the effort for sucess!
